Someone Is Using My Restaurant’s Name
July 19th, 2010 . by adminI found out today that a restaurant in another part of the country is using the same name as my restaurant chain. They are not telling people that they are a part of my chain but they have decorated their place a lot like mine and they have a similar menu. I am glad that I decided to trademark the name of my restaurants, the impostor will not be able to use the name any longer. I am glad that a friend of mine found out about the other place and I am even more glad that there is something that I can do about it.
