I’m seriously thinking of starting a business but can’t decide whether i should put up a food cart or a vending machine business. They will both need excellent locations with a lot of foot traffic. The advantage of vending machines is that you do not need employees. It’s automated. A food cart needs at least one person on site plus other people in the kitchen at a separate location. Then there’s the delivery person who will have to drive supplies to and fro the main kitchen and the food cart. If I buy a franchise the franchisor could take care of all the operation outside the cart. Vending machines would be similar but i think is going to involve less work for me.
