I have two comments. First I am surprised that no one mentioned meditation as a solution. I think meditation is the antidote to wandering mind and should help a mind that has hard time focusing. Secondly, if you read another article in the same paper about how UPS trains their employees when even their steps are measured (2.5 strides in one second), our corporations are turning humans into machines with so much stress on the mind. As some one said earlier, food habits can also make a huge difference. I wonder if doctors suggest these remedies before they prescribe medicine to their patients.
