It is the most celebrated shot in basketball. It is the dream of most average players and it is an in-the-face “statement” that a good player makes to the other team. It is the slam dunk. We all know WHAT it is, and most of us WISH we could do it. But How To Dunk a basketball? Before an average person should even think about dunking, he needs to assess where he is at and be realistic. The other night I went into my son’s room to tuck him into bed, and I found him still awake, writing in a notebook. I sat down beside him on the bed and asked him what he was doing. He said that he was writing flag football plays for his team, so that they would be ready for recess the next day. I had no idea he even knew what plays were, let alone how to write them!
