Transitioning from machines to dumbells

Just a few minutes a day is all it takes to really build muscle.  I like to include a dumbbell workout along with some bodyweight stuff like push ups and pull ups.  There is this pull up bar I saw on an infomercial that you put in your doorway.  It is inexpensive and looks like alot of fun.  I definately will be making this purchase.  My friend finds the time to workout after eating.  I, on the other hand, like to workout and then eat something for my muscles to recover. Machine workouts are a thing of the past for me.
