Ned Pierce has is a lot of heart and a will to win. He was abandoned as a child, passed around from relative to relative.  But he always believed things would work out right, with hard work and self-confidence.  He studied hard and held part-time jobs, even when he was very young.  It took him a long time to finish college and law school. He didn’t pass the MBE Exam until he was almost thirty, but as soon as he did, he began practicing in a room the size of a closet.  That was fifteen years ago and now he is the most popular attorney in town, mostly because of his “can’t fail” attitude.
