My mother died with a will that had been written by both she and my father prior to his death.  In the will I was listed as the executor and of all the jobs that I have had in my life this was probably the one that I was least prepared for.  I needed to hire a Florida probate attorney to assist me with the process.  It had become to much to deal with the loss and the estate at the same time.  Hiring the attorney was one of the wisest things I had ever done.   We got through the process without a hitch.
