My son just turned sixteen last month and my mother bought him a gift that he was not expecting.  He has been skateboarding for about six years and he is really good at it.  He has been waning a new pair of DC Shoes, but I told him that I had already bought him something else.  He was so disappointed and he tried not to act as if he was.  My mom was planning on buying them the entire time and he was pleasantly surprised when he opened them up.  It is very hard to be sneaky with him, but he pulled it off.
