What’s for Breakfast?
February 28th, 2010 . by adminBed and breakfasts usually serve only breakfasts for their transients. Some offer other meals but breakfast is definitely a required service for a B & B. That’s why they call it a bed and breakfast in the first place. You can make your kitchen more efficient by asking your guest what they prefer to have for breakfast the next morning. Prepare a list of various dishes they can choose from.
The usually breakfast menu for a bed and breakfast would include, pancakes, waffles, toast, skillets, casseroles, muffins ,bread, eggs, quiche, scones and fruit plates. Don’t forget the coffee and fruit juice. A few may request for tea, so have them in your cupboard just in case.
