They must taste great – naturally, and this is obviously derived from the ingredients, but we take off points for using preservatives. A high percentage chocolate gets extra points for me, and if they use cocoa instead of chocolate, then you can take off 5 points.
Then it comes down to looks – this is very subjective – some people like to see nuts rolling through it, others prefer to see some icing sugar on top.
